Default Ford 500 stalling and shutdown

I have a 2006 Ford 500 with 88000 miles on it. It has recently started stalling and shutting down. It starts fine but on accellaration it shuts itself down. "Idiot lights" come on (the little wrench also), RPMs won't go above an idle. I can shut it off and restart and it runs fine again. I have checked all connections to the throttle body and even cleaned it the best I could. It displays an ODB II code of P2104 and P2111 or 2112. This has been a good car for my family but now it has the best of me. Any help out there? HELP please!

Hey Ralphie250
Do you know what brand of throttle body would be on my Ford 500. I've looked at it so many different ways and I still don't see any familiar markings? It's a 3.0L V6 with CVT tranny. I thought I had it fixed but it did it again yeaterday. All I have to do is turn off the motor and restart and off I go, but this is getting old. Any help would be appreciated.

I believe its not heated. There is a plug connected to it but I think it only operates the motor. Is there an aftermarket item that will replace the original one?
