grinding front end noise while braking

Before going any further, can we get some more info?

Was te grinding noise you hear the reason you got into doing the brake work?

yes, heard the noise , checked brakes they were real low. but not metal to metal with over 100k on car i replaced with new rotors and pads and replaced the rear pads also they were still good but replaced anyways,, after about 100 miles on new brakes noise started again, thought it could be bearings so replaced hub, still making noise

in the video the noise can be heard at about :13 and again about 1:05

i did another video but you couldnt hear it over my voice that was the only clip where you can hear it the best

There are a few more checks you might try.
1. Place the trans in neutral just before stepping on the brake pedal, is the grinding still present?

2.If you are positive the grinding is coming from the L/F , try switching the 2 front wheels to eliminate a possible rim/wheel problem.

3. Are you sure the engine is not moving when the brake is applied suspension/engine mounts.

What was the result of shifting into neutral before applying the brakes?
Grinding still present , yes-no?

no noise in neutral coasting down a hill, i changed side to side rotors and pads still making noise on left front..... engine isn't moving, replaced motor mounts a year ago still in good shape
