Replacing the front suspension on a 2006
I took my car to the shop for an inspection because I kept hearing a rattling noise coming from underneath the car which has been absolutely aggravating to say the least. The technician told me I should have the front suspension replaced. This would eliminate the noise and improve the car’s steering. To save myself some money along with the cost of labor, I’ve decided to search online for the parts (like ebay and amazon). Some of the parts and manufacturers listed I was familiar with. Whereas others not so much. Like this site Buy 2320-FS | 4214-1268, 4214-1269,334640, 334641, 72255, 72256. The seller appears to be offering quality suspension parts, and the prices seem reasonable. But I’d still like to get some input. What am I missing? Any thoughts?

You're looking at $61 each for just a strut (shock) from APX. You would also need to replace the springs at an added cost + a spring compressor to install them. For $89, you can get a loaded assembly from Detroit Axle which is a plug-n-play unit and replace them in your driveway. https://www.detroitaxle.com/?s=Part%...EL&product_id=
Don't forget an alignment after install (normally 500 miles after strut assembly install to allow set in).
Your rattle could just be a worn way bar end link. I would replace both of those also.
