Air filter question

Just had my 2014 Flex at the dealer, and they suggest to replace both the cabin air filter ( which I understand) AND the pollen filter. Aren't these the same thing? Enlighten me please.

Check your manual as replacing the cabin filter may be something you can do yourself in minutes.
