Ford Flex Limited 2013
 

Hi, I just purchased this Flex '13 and all is good so far except that I cannot unlock the door with the provided key. it will lock the door but will not unlock it. the exterior key pad works and will unlock but the key will not turn clockwise to unlock it. Is it the door lock that is broken or is there something i need to activate to make that work?
