You paid him to solve your problem, he did not fix it. I would take the car back to him.I hope he also changed the coil's boot and used OEM parts since aftermarket coils can be questionable in quality. Coils can be easily swapped for testing. Things to check/try is to swap the #1 fuel injector with another cylinder. Check injector #1 wiring and the coil wiring for #1. A intake manifold leak could be causing a lean miss for #1. Lastly, perform a compression test of all cylinders.
