Is there a way to adjust the idle up a little to keep the engine from almost dying sometimes when the lights are on and there's a little bit of a load on the engine when you come to a stop?

2.0 engine. Not sure what you mean by CEL.

No check engine light on. If it had a carburator I'd just turn up the screw a little.
