can someone explain to me just how the back seat (actual seat back) is suppose to fold down flat, per the dealership and my manuel when the seat "butt" cushions do not fold up (like the older Escapes) ? What is the use of a seat back only slightly hovering forward with no secure attachments ?
Can't get a shovel or even an ironing board in the car.
