Brake noise..please help!

I had new front tires replaced and brakes resurfaced..after a about a week..it started making a rubbing noise follows with some clunks..I took it back up to the dealer and they resurfaced my right brake again and rebalance my wheels..it's been a week..now the noise is back!! Any advice? The service guys are morons at this place. Its a 3 hour wait every time too

It is important to know the year and model of your vehicle.
To just shoot from the hip and speculate without knowing all the info is not always a good thing to do.
Is what you stated exactly what appears on the repair order?
One of the questions that comes up is related to why the front tires were replaced. There may be an entirely different problem than brakes and it could be a suspension problem along with a brake problem.Could there have possibly been a communication problem where the service dept was told to check the brakes when they possibly should have inspected the suspension or steering systems. I'm sure there are folks here with the knowledge to help, but more info is needed and we now need your help.

My car is a 2014 Ford focus SE..4 door sedan..so the first visit they informed me that my front 2 tires were low on tread..so they replaced them and my front brakes. Then the noise started on right side..went back..they couldn't figure out what it was..it only made the noise while driving and stoping(they used stethoscope also while on the lift) so they resurfaced the right brake. Now the same issue is happening again..5 days later..and it's not all the time..about 1 in 5 stops

Repair statement says " found rough spot on right rotor. Resurface was performed and scuffed pads. Just installed brakes last week. No wobble when driving. Rebalancing all 4 tires..no charge

Since the problem wasn't present until they did the brake work I would suspect something is wrong with the right front rotor. Did they replace the rotors when they did the brake work? "Rough spots" are not generally found on rotors unless there is a possible defect in the metal surface ,possibly a manufacturing defect. It may require replacement of that rotor and not knowing what was replaced at the time brake work was done it is difficult to even guess at what else could be involved.Does your repair order list what parts were replaced?
