Code DTC P0102 MAF or VAF Circuit low input

I ran a Test on my Car. Says DTC P0102 MAF or VAF Circuit low Input.

Can you help me with this?

1998 Ford Escort 2.0L Single over head cam. 5 Speed.

I got it. I changed the Mass Air "MAF" inside the Air cleaner. Runs great now. Better then before this happened.
