2006 Focus (brother-in-law 300 miles away, no internet) Suddenly door will not close and behold latch is down and stuck. Door will not close. Went around to passenger door and same thing happened. Trying WD40 and screw driver to push it back or use handle to open. Another person online reported today (2010-02-07 also). Afraid to open wife's Focus. Is this mechanical or electrical? How does he get it closed if WD40 not work?
