I have an extra set of keyless remotes from my 2002 Ford Taurus. Would anyone have instructions how I can program them for my 2005 Ford Focus my daughter bought and the dealership didn't give her any keyless remotes to her car. By investigating, I have found that my Taurus remotes should work for her Focus. I just need some instructions. Any help would be appreciated.

Check your owners manual and youtube. I am finding that there are more than one type of remote for my 2002 focus. On youtube a person shows how to program and the door locks are the indication that the computer is ready to recieve the new remote. However, on my Focus after turning the key on and off four time within six seconds my car's computer beeps once to indicate that the computer is ready to recieve the new remote. My remote has an extra component in it then the ones I have purchased. Good Luck.
