I have a 2004 SVT Focus and i have a garrett GT28 turbo. When the car is cold i can not go above 4000 rpm or it will hiccup really bad. when it is warm i can go full throttle but it still hiccups once then it is fine untill i switch gears then it will hiccup again when i hit the throttle. and suggestions on what might be going on?
