Need help on an older 302

Ok so I have a truck that has a 80s model 302 and supposedly a 5 speed out of a 90s f150 the motor busted a cylinder wall so I bought another motor out of a 72 ford truck with an automatic behind it
Swapped everything over and when I went to put the flywheel and clutch on the flywheel didn't line up no matter which way I turned it all but 1 or 2 holes would.
I know they changed to the 50 oz balancer in the 80s
So my question is what can I do to make it work?
Clutch and pressure plate are brand new I didn't know if there was some kind of adapter or another flywheel that would match the balancer ? Any advise would be greatly appreciated

You need to be more pacific about the years and the other engine. Crankshafts are set up both ways , Some models you need to change things like the fly wheel .
