04 Freestar 3.9 P0171 Lean Code

My 04 Freestar w/ 3.9 has been throwing a P0171 Lean Code. Recently had an EGR code too. When replacing EGR noticed IMRC rods were off. Replaced bushings with aftermarket ones, rods continue to pop off.Could this be causing lean code or do I have an additional problem? Was going to replace all IMRC with Ford bushings this time. Do I possibly have a bad O2 sensor also?

Best to take things one at a time. Fix the bushing problem and see what happens after clearing the codes.

Replaced IMRC bushings and still getting the P0171 code. Am I safe to assume I possibly have a vacuum leak somewhere causing this lean code?

Hey, Did you ever get it solved? I have a code U1059 that the ABS circuit is not communicating with the instrument cluster. Any ideas what specific problem that could be?
