Hi everyone. would any of you have a solution on how to repair the lower intake manifold. unalble to buy new one from ford. Backlog min 18mnths

 

I wouldn't waste my time with plastic, call up a few junk yards for the whole intake assy and get the gaskets from Ford, be careful with the screw torques, tap out the threads in the cylinder heads. Use a good mechanic if not mechanically inclined.
