2004 Freestar Transmission Problem

Pid for tc slipspeed is at 1023 RPM with car off and idling. Even if engine RPM is 600 RPM the tc slip speed registers as 1023. At 40mph it engages and slip goes to 0. I have several codes and I will post them here as pictures. She slips sometimes on 1-2 shift maybe 2-3 a little. Sometimes it shifts perfectly, mostly when cold. What sensor or combination of sensors provides tc_slipspeed? I dont think that the torque converter is bad because it locks up like it should when it should assuming it shouldnt kick in until 40 mph. any ideas are welcome, i have taken care of the computer water intrusion issue so we can rule that out. Thanks.
