Default 2006 Freestar Acceleration Issues

I have an '06 Freestar with the 4.2. I recently replaced the MAF however I'm still having a horrible issue with the vehicle where when I try to accelerate the engine almost dies. It seems to be choking itself out. It is throwing a code of PO108. Does any one have any ideas on what this could be or where to begin?

P0108 is for the MAP sensor. Did you replace the MAF or MAP. I believe that the MAP is part of the EGR assembly (not 100% sure). If it is, I would check the connector, voltage output and vaccum hose(s) connected to it to ensure that they are OK.
