Adding a overhead console to a base model

Does anyone know if I can buy an overhead console with compass and outside temp and simply changeout my current console? I have an S model nowwhich currently does not have these features in the overhead? I'm not sure if the wiring is already there or not. Can someone help.

Also, my AM reception on the Freestar is horrible. I have tried a couple different radios and I realize it's because it is built into the right read glass, but does anyone have pointers.

I have looked into those, but would prefer to add on original OEM equipment. Any other ideas?
