Bought my 2004 Freestar Sportrecently after owing a couple of Caravans and found the Freestar a very nice and comfortable van with plenty of power and lots of options. Checked out some of the problems on this forum and Edmonds and IMHO found that a lot of the problems were minor as most of them were of the positive kind. In my 76 years I have owned lots of cars, trucks and vans domestic and foreign but found that the imports are not that much better than the domestics and they all have their good and bad points. My advice is if you are interested in avehicle do your research but keep an open mind.
