Recently purchased a 2005 ford freestar. Owner had replaced driver side HID headlamp assembly. Lights had seemed to work when purchasing. "Shortly" thereafter lamp would flicker then turn off. Now driver side headlamp does not turn on at all. Seems like there is a headlight indicator light on the dash that shows an issue that comes on after the headlight switch is turned on when the car is on. Regardless looking for experience regarding ford HID systems similar to the freestar regarding troubleshooting and repair procedures.
