cracked drivers side rear quarter panel trim

I have cracked the rear quarter panel trim piece. The part is discontinued by Ford 5F9Z-74290A61-A so my only option is going to be getting one off of a part out. The other issue is I have no idea how to remove it. I see that it’s riveted and I drilled out the two rivets that you can access when you open the rear lift gate but I cannot for the life of me get it off. Help would be appreciated.
