Has anyone modified the exhaust system on their Freestylea? I was looking at mine and trying to determine if the blob of metal at the rear is an additional muffler, or just a baffle of some sort. I would like to cut it off and just put a dual tip setup.

you may upgrade your ford exhaust system. there are lots of good exhaust choices that you can choose from.. It would really depend on what /which kind you want plus the money you are willing to spend on the said mods..

 

Just looking for someone that has already moded their exhaust. Currently no aftermarket manufacter makes a cat back system for the Freestyle. I'll probable take it to my local shop that has done all of my previous work.Just not sure if I want to replace the entire catback, or just the muffler.
