Just changed brake pads like normal,... now brake pedal sinks on first stroke and then gets full pressure on second stroke. It always takes 2 strokes to get the brakes to have pressure. I have bled the brakes so much it's practically a full brake fluid flush. Seems like some fords ABS unit goes bad....but it was just totally fine before I changed my pads...no pressure problems before.
I am super poor so buying a part just find out it's something else is a big fear

 

To just replace pads alone is only half of the job and possibly is providing half of the good result.
Rotors will not always wear evenly and will usually wear more on the outside circumference than the inside toward the wheel center. When you put new flat pads on "not flat " rotors , the pad first contacts the higher part of the rotor and requires additional pressure to **** the pad and hopefully get full pad contact for stopping.
It is just poor practice to replace pads with having the rotors "trued" or replaced.
If you can't stop the vehicle when required, Is there such a thing as super, super poor?
