The power door locks on my 2005 Freestyle unlock unexpectedly and randomly, sometimes as I'm driving down the road, sometimes when I'm 15, 20, 50 feet away in a parking lot, just whenever it feels like it. I'll come out of a store, thinking my vehicle has been safely locked while I've been away from it, but no--all the doors are unlocked for anybody to be able to get in or help themselves to my personal gear. At times it will start clicking madly inside the doors like the actuators are being triggered over and over--the passenger lock/unlock button on the passenger door stopped working recently, shortly thereafter the unlock part of the driver door lock/unlock button also stopped working. The lock part still works, sort of--but it makes almost a spinning kind of noise like it's trying to catch; sometimes it does and instantly unlocks itself (and the other doors) again, I try again, and again, and again, and sometimes it will remain locked, sometimes it just unlocks the driver door, over and over. I've tried locking it with the key and sometimes it will remain locked--and sometimes not. Any thoughts on this, whatsoever?
