2017 Fusion Transmission Vibration

Anyone experiencing abnormal vibration with their 2017 2.0L turbo fusion?
I noticed a step change around 7500 miles. The vibration is the worst in overdrive in the 60-75mph range. The vibration is also worse as the RPM get lower. My Ford dealership has not been able to help me get the issue corrected.

Because it is a brand new vehicle , the service dept may not yet be up to speed on that problem. You might consider trying another dealership service dept and they just might have someone more familiar with that problem. Whatever the case warranty should cover the correction.

Porter Ford in Newark, DE brought in a "Ford Engineer". The service manager could not tell me if he was a degreed engineer. After 11 months of battling Ford and the Porter service department, the official reply was 3 of the 4 rims are bent and the cause of the vibration. Porter Service is the only group that has touched the tires and wheels. They performed a balance in January of 2017 and the vibration continually worsened. The probability of 3 of 4 bent rims is about as low as you can get, unless I was off-roading with the vehicle. I am very disapointed in Ford. After all this time, the only thing they could come up with is the one response that puts the cost and responsibility back on me as the customer. Now, I have to pursue answers with other service facilities. Additionally, I have been having problems with the SYNC screen serverely delaying the switch from the rear camera back to the selected screen/menu. The screen totally died on me for about 5-10 minutes in July during the heat wave. Finally, a weird bump appeared on the roof in the heat as well.

Times like this are always candidates for second and third qualified opinions, written if possible ,and taken to your purchasing dealership service dept and letting the dealership owner/manager know you are considering legal counseling.
