Fusion 2017 SE Battery issue "System off to save battery"

Hi Friends!

I have 2017 Fusion SE 2.0L Ecoboost purchased in September 2017. It was a sad day for me as and when I press the start button, car won't start and LCD display give a message ""System off to save battery, Please turn ignition off or start engine" followed by a message on the let side display of odometer panel saying "Dimming". This is the first time i faced this weird situation. I searched on google a little bit and found that a jump start would help restart the car. It works with the help of my friend. I am curious if someone with Fusion faced the same problem. The car is only 7 months old and I am really worried if this would continue. Please advise me the steps I should take. I'll greatly appreciate the time you would give to my request.

This is an old post but maybe my solution will help someone with the same issue. I was getting this message and it turned out the 12V battery was coming to the end of its life and showing low voltage. It suddenly died (in a snow storm!) and I had to get a jump (look in the manual for how to jump, do not connect directly to the battery in the trunk!) and took it to the service center and they said I needed a new battery as it showed only 11V output. The battery was about 4 years old so that checked out, but you would think with all the messages the computer can tell you it would be clearer about the battery needing replacement.
