1987 mustang fuel injection to carborator

okay, im 18. jsut finished my 87 mustang gt from the ground up. Everything was broke that you can think of on this car, but now its all fixed.

One problem. I put a motor 5.0 HO froma 88 Grand Marquis that i got from a friend. it went in well, but after it was all hooked up properly and $2300 in garage fees later, it was drivable. It has a slight miss, the mechanic says its because the injectors for the marquis are different for the mustang with its computer. So i figured i could eliminate this problem by putting ina carburation system, old school. I understand theres goign to be money needed for this project, but im totally dedicated to doing it no matter what.

What i need is some yips on what im gonna need to do and/or need to complete this project. maybe some sources on where to get kits or special parts. I would really appreciate it if sombody could help make this project more clearer to me.

Thanks,

Rob
