My 2001 gt won't turn over. checked battery,power to gauges and starter. Can jump start or jump starter. Tried bypassing saftey switch on clutch pedal no luck. Lights and bumpers are off car for paint, washed car to prep it and it would not fire back up without push starting. Fuses are all fine.
