2004 Mustang GT cold start noise

My father has a 2004 GT 4.6L and on cold days I can hear a metallic screeching sound coming from the engine. any ideas on what can cause this?

extreme cold can cause:

-powersteering pump whine...its normal...moving -16*C fluid through cold lines requires a lot of pressure from the pump.

-drive belt squeal

maybe post a video so members can hear it.

drive belt is new and it is not as exaggerated and loud as in the King Ranch......
