5.0 Cammer Build

Alright so I have been planning the build of my 94 mustang GT. I've been debating motor options. And when looking through some articles I found the 5.0 cammer. It is exactly what I have been looking for....I cant really afford to buy one straight up (being in college for Auto tech)... but would it be reasonable to build one ground up, of course assuming that I would do all the labor...
And If I were to do that, Could I build it from the completely stipped 5.0 block that I have in it now? Someone give me good news....
