97 Mustang problem

Hey all, I'm sort of new to the forum. About a month back I bought a 97 Mustang, auto with 169k on the odo. A buddy of mine stopped by my place today to take a look at it. He asked me to rev it so I said sure. I don't really know what RPM it was at, but he started yelling "cut it!" so I stopped. There was a brownish-orange colored liquid coming out of my exhaust. Does anyone have a rough idea what it may be? If it matters, none of my check lights are on. Thanks guys.

Could be condensation or it could be antifreeze. How much was coming out? Have you noticed it smoking white when you accelerate/rev the engine? Is your antfreeze level low?

Well I know for sure that there's nothing noticably wrong with the engine since no smoke of any kind is coming out. I'll look into checking the AF as soon as it's light out. Here's a pic of the liquid. I was told that it could either by the CAT is shot or just condensation plus rust.

I would lean toward condensation, but keep an eye on it. Run it a little more often, too.
