Some auto supply stores carry an assortment of plastic/nylon "retainers" for different body panels. Stores that supply automotive paint and different body repair supplies carry various assortments of retainers. Sometimes you can purchase an assortment in small quantities or you can purchase a box of selected type retainers, depending on your needs. Body shops for example, usually purchase from a supplier or visiting sales rep that maintains their stock at working levels. If you can't find what you want in a good supply store(NAPA) , try a local body shop.
