The engine light stays on so can not get it to run codes. I have replaced ECC and Fuel pump relay. Changed high pressure fuel pump and the regulator. Changed spark plugs they were black. Changed some of the plug wires.

KOEO fuel pressure on rail is 40 PSI. KOER is 32 PSI.
Checked EFI module. Visually checked ECM and it looked ok.
Very clean and no smells.

Engine will exhaust smells pretty bad running real rich.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

 

Try new plugs, wires, and cap & rotor. May be poor/no spark somewhere and you areen't burning the fuel.
