You have what we used to call "Caliper Clap". The calipers/brackets are worn where the calipers set on the brackets. Have you had the retaining pins (rubber center squish pins) replaced recently? If not, new ones normally will cure this problem. The rubber in the center goes bad after time allowing the calipers to move around more than usual. Bought an 88' Ranger S/C 4X4 new and owned it for 14 years. Had to replace the pins 2 times to get rid of the "Caliper Clap" on the front brakes. Hope this helps you out.
