1997 ford ranger brake bleeding problem

I have a 1997 ford ranger, manual transmission and replaced all the brake lines and new front brake pads. I now cannot get any pressure built up when bleeding the brake lines...I finally also replaced the master cylinder and still can't get pressure...don't know what else to do....help!

When you replaced the master cyl did you at least bleed it before connecting the lines.
Also there is a recommended sequence to use when bleeding all the lines like, RR, LR,RF & LF. When you replaced the front pads did you allow for the calipers to extend and take up some fluid ? If the rotors are not running true the pads will not make full contact with the rotors and will give a spongy pedal. Could you have a fluid leak somewhere causing a pressure loss? Did you use steel tubing as required? I know some of the questions sound silly , but have to cover all the bases.
