Default 1998 2.5L died, won't start. Replaced CAS, nothing.

This is my dad's truck, 2.5L 5-speed. It died on the way to work and I'm his mechanic. We got spark, but I only tested one plug wire on the passesnger side. I now realize that maybe I tested the one that sparks on the exhaust stroke. The injectors were clicking but we replaced the crank position sensor anyway since it was $19. Still nothing, so we towed it to my house. The fuel cutoff switch has a red button in the passenger footwell, right? Cause it's not activated. Besides, we have fuel pressure. I pressed the shrader valve while he pressurized the system by turning the key. What else could it be? The truck doesn't even want to start, it just cranks. I heard about the ICM going out but that it's integrated into the PCM. Where is it and where can you get one? Thanks and sorry for all the questions, just trying to be detailed. -Chris
