2.5 timing belt tensioner spring holder tool?

I am in the process of replaing the t-belt on my 00 ranger w/2.5 and I need the tool specifed in the haynes manual for holding the timing belt tensioner spring in order to remover/replace the tensioner itself. If someone can let me know where I can find this, please let me know. Any help is appreciated.

Usually, your local parts stores (Autozone and such) have tools you can use. Check with one of them.
