2002 Power Window Problem
 

My '02 Ranger Edge driver side power window stop working.:(
Symptoms:
1) Driver side widows in the up position (closed)[:@]
2) Their is an audible click from the relay under the dash(next to the gas pedal) when the driver side power window button is pressed on the door.[:@]
3) The problem first appeared after the truck was warmed up, then it became permenant.[:'(]

I tried swapping around the relays from the passenger side (that ones working). I hate tobreak open the door panel to check the motor. Any suggeestion would help?:eek:

Tap the body of the window motor with a hammer and see if it starts working again, if so you will need replacemet motor.

If the truck has some miles on it you may have a broken wire between the body and the door. I have run into this twice this month.
