Default 2002 Ranger--Brake problem

I have a 2002 Ranger 4X4 with 43,000 miles. The brakes were making a noise and when I checked the front pads they needed to be replaced. This is what was done: Last year I replaced the rotors and pads. This year I replaced the rear shoes and drums and put new pads on front, really didn't need the pads. The rear shoes had fallen apart. NOW I have a very LOW pedal and when I turn sharp left and apply the brakes it feel like the ABS is kicking in, which can be felt in the pedal. No lines were disconnected so I ruled out bleeding the brakes.

Any help would be appreciated.
