Default Opinion on Engine Treatment additives

I have a 95 ranger 3.0 170k miles. I was wondering if any of the engine treatments work and if so recommendations.

i put a injector cleaner in the tank at every oil change.

I also do throttle body cleaning...some fords do not want this done as they have a coating on the throttlebody to prevent build up...but if its caked up, i clean it. I was getting a start stall condition from the build up.
