2021 ford Ranger diagnostic
 

Hi guys i recently picked up a 2021 ford ranger and i had a check engine light come on, i have tried to access the truck with my Cando C-pro and it tells me scanning blocking and tracking module and that's all it will allow, however if I use forscan i can access the code is there a special cable that is to be used with the new ranger that I am missing? I have had to buy special cables in the past for dodge products,

i also just updated my scanner last week so its up to date.

Being a 2021 it should still be under warranty. I would have a dealer's service department look at it.
