I have a 93 3.0 4x4 ranger. i havnt had any problems but today on the highway it seems to lose power and drive sluggish but then it would stop. It also does this at idle when i pulled over. it would run good then almost quit running. The check engine light also came on then would go off. Any ideas???? i havnt done any tuneups in a year or so. fuel filter??? o2 sensors maybe?? thnx

 

check the air filter! to start and go from there
