Default 93 Ranger No power in OD

I Have a 93 Ranger 2.3L. It seems to run fine until I get on the highway and in OD. There is no power I have to almost floor it to keep at 65, and if I go up a small hill I have to drop to 4th and still don't have alot of power. In town 1st - 3rd seems fine! Any ideas? THANKS!

yah have the kat looked at and then go from there. also it could be a pressure issue in the trans. check the fluid level.
