what is the biggest tires u can put on a 99 ranger 2wd without a lift kit. ps ive heard the 4wd rangers can us 31s and i have like 28s right now. 235/75r15

I have 31's on mine but it is a 4x4.

I have a 2000 2WD Ranger and I'm run 31X10.5 with no rubing problems.

I had a 2001 ranger 4x4, I was able to put 33x10.5 bfg's with no problem on a 15x8 wheel, I sold the 16" factory wheels and tires to a guy who had a 2wd ranger and they fit with no problems. I think the factory tire size that I sold the guy was 245/70/16's, I could be wrong. On my 2004 ranger 4x4 I was able to fit 285/75/16's without any problems. I know people who have 2wd ranger and they can fit 31's
