Alrighty guys I need some idears'
my dads 2.9L v6 Broco II was just totaled out, and I want to pick up the motor to build it up. I had plans on putting a turbo on my existing 2.9, but ended up getting a Mustang GT. Now I have a free motor! I was thinking of working the heads over a bit, puting bigger injectors, and I'm still thinking of the turbo. Any suggestions on pumping up this tiny 2.9 into a streetable sleeper?

I would not waste your time to build a bomb. You could buy one cheaper

 

those little 2.9s are a good engine... before i got my ranger i was planning on getting a bronco 2... i would go with a cam injectors bore it out turbos are nice but me personally on a 2.9 i would go supercharger if you bore it out aluminum heads pistons 3 core intercooler small spray of nitrous like a sneaky pete or something like that... underdrive pulleys... well thats just what i thought about doing
