Fuse 43 -A/C relay coil, IAC, MAFS, HEGO,

I have a 2008 Ranger 3L manual trans. It "hitched" the other day and started running very poorly. It also keeps blowing fuse # 43 which is:
A/C relay coil, IAC, MAFS, HEGO,
CMS, VMV solenoid, EGR
solenoid, Heated PCV,
Any ideas as to the cause???

As you know, whenever there is an excessive current draw in a circuit either by a partial or complete short it will cause the fuse to blow. What you can try is to disconnect each of the items the fuse controls individually and watch for which one when disconnected allows the fuse to stay without blowing.
There are other ways to do this without replacing fuses every time you try this , but I don't know what equipment you have to work with like a multimeter or circuit breaker to insert in place of the fuse.
Could you let me know that?

I tried unplugging a whole bunch of stuff, after replugging it all back in, it was OK.....Scary to say the least!

In the process of unplugging and plugging you may have moved some wires that were touching something and providing a path to ground. Glad you solved the problem.
