I have a 1989 ford ranger with a 2.9L engine. im having to buy a new radiator fan and i dont know which one to buy, clockwise or a counter clockwise fan? :confused:

You normally arent able to choose which way the fan spins. They were designed to work a specific way due to the way they are mounted (on the back of the radiator, farthest away from the from the bumper). They are most of the time used to pull the air coming from the grill, into the radiator in order to cool off the hot coolant.
