Ranger wheel bolt pattern

Is the bolt pattern on a 1994 Ranger the same as the same year Taurus? I know the Taurus has a 5 on 5 pattern and need to know if the Ranger is the same.

The Ranger is a 5 X 4.5" bolt pattern.
