Looking for a 16-20" aftermarket shifter for a 1983 2.8 v6 ranger. The stock shifter is floor mounted and sits way to low. Want one that gives the truck a more manual trany look, but keepsautomatic functions. So far I havn't been able to find one for mytruck.Anybody know where to find one?
